Central Plant
For the central plant upgrade at Medtronic, Kirby Construction Company, Inc. provided general contracting and project management services. This project included adding a cooling tower, chiller, new generator, several pumps, all the piping to support those additions as well as the concrete pads required to support the new equipment. The controls system for the Central Plant was also updated to incorporate the new equipment. Kirby Construction Company, Inc. also managed the permits and inspections required for the completion of the project.
