Medtronic Consolidation Project
Kirby Construction Company, Inc. and the Medtronic project Management staff where able to renovate three fully occupied buildings within the span of one year. The project consisted of 1 new café, 18 state of the art conference rooms, 14 restrooms, and 6 laboratories for a combined total of approximately 160,000 square feet of upgraded space. The project received the award for the Top Commercial Project of 2010 in the North Bay Business Journal.
