St Helena Communication Vault
Kirby Construction Company, Inc. decided to take on both mountain top construction and working for the State of California at the same time. Kirby Construction Company, Inc, and MKM Engineering provided a design build package for the Department of Forestry and Fire Protection’s Emergency Communication Vault. The engineered design provided an alternate solution to the State of California’s initial design which made the project possible and saved the State money.
